Kaleaon was recently promoted to C1C due to his contributions to our tactical events, with scenes, gear and other stuff.

New Chief Tactical Engineer Harry Ketterley
Greetings friends!
We're proud to announce this:
As you know, it is possible to contribute with Tactical not just by shooting down stuff, but by building gear and scenes we can use in events. We don't compete with other GFC building groups, its just another opportunity for people to participate.
Due to his contributions in this field, we're nominating Harry Ketterley to Chief Tactical Engineer, and he is gonna coordinate Tactical building activities with the Assistant Leads and other divisions. Congratulations Harry!
He already made us two nice contributions:
1) The Tactical HUD - for now it has one function, but more can be added. It rezzes a shield in any direction, that provides cover in a shoot out. Really handy, we tested it in the last event. Its up for grabs in Tactical Office together with the basic rifle (not the MACO Pulse Rifle) and the HP meter. But be careful, the barrier wont de-rezz by itself, so delete it when you're done using it.
2) The Tactical Light Armor! This one will be available for all Tactical members, after all, everyone needs protection in a battle. The Heavy Armor will remain exclsuive of Hazard Team.

Fragile Alliances or "It is a good day to Rawr"
A thin alliance exists between the Klingon Empire and the Federation. Still, many warriors went on and joined Starfleet for many reasons, like the result of House struggles, refugees, officer exchange, or just to improve their skills.
There are many among the Klingon Empire who consider that dishonorable and would like to see the alliance ended. A rogue House lured a group of Starfleet Klingon officers to an Earth city, managed to infiltrate with a cloaked vessel and took the hole group hostage, spreading terror in the city.
Fortunately, GFC Tactical was ready to go for the rescue! We had a strong attendance, and Hazard Team First Officer Cmdr. Kaori was there too to make sure those klingons got what they deserve. Other friends who honored us with their presence:

It was a tough struggle. Urban guerrilla tactics were necessary. Fortunatelly, they had the new shield rezzer provided by Chief Tactical Engineer Harry Ketterley to help.
There was a lot of ground to cover. The Officers were kept inside houses, apartments, subway and even the sewers. The streets ran red with blood. But in the end they managed to pacify to town, with minimal civillian casualties, and rescued all Starfleet Officers.
To keep the competition up, the participants were ranked according to number of officers found and number of kills suffered. So Kor got first place, followed by Starr, Kaori, Steve Atlanta and Dustin. But all performed admirably and were commended by their bravery in the battle field.
The title was Kaori's suggestion, and the scene was Kaleaon's contribution

New Hazard Team Armor! By Katie Zwilling
Greetings friends!
Katie just made our ultra super cool new armor! Thank you Katie, and thank you Research Team! It also has a damn nice personal shield that pops up when you take shots! Comes in 3 colours, all sculpted, with some animated energy pipes.
It will be standard issue gear for our elite squad, the Hazard Team!
How do you join Hazard Team? Well, you have to be a tough bastard, and contact Sophie Johnson or Kaori Juliesse.

Our good friends Kendra Mollsen and Totenstille Aeon received the Golden Rifle award for relevant services done to Tactical!
